Pedro “ITZ DRACO” Dominguez is the Founder and President of Hip Hop Everything and HHE Radio, an Army veteran (13 Bravo) born in Brooklyn NY, and raised in Aguirre, PR.
After touring in Korea and Ft. Sill Oklahoma, he moved to Florida where he graduated from Full Sail University with two degrees; a Bachelor’s of Science in Music Production and a Master's of Science in Entertainment Business.
